On the morning of August 30th, the HR Tech 2023 conference with the theme "Enhancing advantages for sustainable future via talent management digitalization" was organized, with the participation of many individuals and businesses, especially those interested in technology solutions for optimizing recruitment and human resource management. In my role as the leader of the Graphic Designer team responsible for this project, I, along with my team, worked diligently for two months to bring about a brilliantly successful and memorable conference. I take pride in sharing with you the challenging journey, starting from the initial brainstorming of key visual ideas to the final rehearsal of all designs at the conference venue, just before the conference took place.
